Fabrication
Metal fabrication is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending, and assembling processes.
Cutting includes the following processes all done manually or automated with CNC equipment:
Bending is done by the following (manual or powered):
Assembling includes the following processes:
- Welding
- Binding with Adhesives
- Riveting
- Threaded Fasteners
Structural steel and sheet metal are the typically used materials for the fabrication process. Welding wire, flux and or fasteners are used to join the cut pieces together.
